Three-opening
arch conversion.
Three existing rectangular openings overlooking a two-story foyer were transformed into a coordinated set of architectural arches. SenPro created the curved framing, installed and finished the drywall, matched the surrounding texture, added all decorative molding and completed the final painting. The existing railings remained in place and were carefully protected throughout the project.

Laundry closet
access improvement.
To accommodate a larger washer and dryer, SenPro removed the existing laundry closet door and old jamb to provide more usable access. The original wall construction allowed the opening to be expanded without disturbing the drywall. We fabricated and installed a new jamb and completed the project with a clean painted finish.

Bedroom conversion
with a new door.
An oversized open passage was enclosed to give the existing room the privacy and separation needed to function as a bedroom. SenPro completed the new framing, drywall installation, texture matching, painting, door and trim installation, and created a new ventilation opening with a new grille above the doorway.
